“**Premium Pricing Without Premium Service** This was our second stay at The Perch for Maker Camp, and unfortunately, our second disappointing experience. Last year we paid approximately $1,200 for two nights. This year, nearly $2,000 for the same room. Despite the significant price increase, the experience remained underwhelming. Both years, our promised 3 PM check-in codes never arrived, requiring us to call late in the evening just to access the property. There is no traditional front desk...

“Great house and great host! Very convenient location particularly to Windham Mountain. ”

“We had everything we needed. Great location, thoughtful accommodations - cozy, and comfortable evenings.”

“The air B & B was not cleaned when we got there the first night. Had to take out the trash when we got there. It got cleaned the next day. The Host apologized.”

“This was a weekend adult trip. We had a good time and the house was nice but I’m not sure how active the owner is with the cleaning and maintenance of the property. Several things made me feel like the property is overpriced. Most of the issues were outside. The furniture is broken, stained, and honestly had an odor to them. The grass was overgrown. Garbage I’m assuming from an animal was everywhere. Shingles falling off the roof. It is pet friendly and you can tell. All of the outdoor lights...

“Everything at this home was lovely! Great personal touches. Clean, organized, roomy! I loved that there were stainless steel pots & pans in the kitchen. Thank you to Janet & Bernard for sharing your home!”

“Yes everything was great ! Only complaint is that the hot water runs out very quickly! We all took 2 minute showers baths and it still got cold quickly. ”

“Only open seasonally. They closed Sept. 6th. Had a booking for Oct. Not sure whybit let us book but they were not open and we had to scramble to find a playlce to stay in an area that was very booked up. ”

“The property has a unique charm! Cynthia is a great communicator and even provided extra items we requested, even though we requested it last minute. My stay went very smoothly thanks to Cynthia.”

“Well stocked kitchen. Even had coffee! Rustic and plenty of room.”

“We had an amazing time. We had 8 adults, two young babies, and a 70lb dog. There was MORE than enough space for everyone and we loved just being able to hang out together. The space was very clean when we arrived, and the amenities were amazing. The view from the deck at sunset was magical.”

“The cabin was ok in general, but some things made the stay not very comfortable. 1. The hot water was very smelly, like eggs. The entire cabin was very stinky after each shower. 2. There was a tray of liquid and mold under the kitchen sink. 3. There was no hairdryer even though it was included in the listing. On the bright side, the cabin is super close to the main street and not too far from some main hiking spots. The cabin space was good, and the room was pretty clean.”

“This townhouse is very clean and comfy! Mary was a good communicator and the house was filled with amenities!”

“The property offered a quaint place in nature to relax . The place was better than the photos online . Our Highlight was sitting in the hot tub at night under the twink lights. It was magical!”

“We had a wonderful weekend stay and would highly recommend this property. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after a day out and about. The location was easy to find, check-in was smooth and straightforward, and it was perfectly situated for our plans (family reunion nearby). We especially appreciated being within easy reach of Five Furlongs and Angel’s—both were excellent spots with great food and service.Jaimin was lovely to correspond with throughout...
